We are experienced in designing tailor-made and inspiring training services for established teams of at least 5 people or more.

Expand your creative team’s skills, motivating the elevation of quality in your production, as well as attracting new talent. Based on your organization’s needs, we create a custom designed program through which participants can learn quickly from our experienced mentors, applying the newly obtained know-how straight away on the job. We have plenty of satisfied clients from the past years through this popular service we provide, completing the training with us in-house, or at the comfort of their own workplace.

Training specifics

Timing

For best results, we recommend a full-time, intensive learning experience. However, we understand that due to production schedules, a daily 8-hour training running for days or weeks may not be feasible. In such cases, we can spread out the training over more weeks and allocate specific workdays to your development needs. For example, you can have the training on Mondays and Tuesdays in the afternoon. This allows you to receive comprehensive training while balancing your work commitments.

Training activity

We believe in practical learning and use real projects throughout all of our training sessions to help participants apply their new knowledge. You can choose to bring in a project of your own, which we will incorporate into the training sessions, or we can propose a project from our portfolio that matches your studio's profile.

Location

Based on what is most convenient for your team, we offer our training services online, onsite at your place of business, or in-class at Brick Visual’s headquarters in Budapest.

Software

For in-class training, we provide all the software needed to successfully complete the program. In the case of onsite and online training, you will need to procure the necessary software we use in our workflow.
