In this tutorial, I'll show how to use tyCache modifier.
June 16, 2026

"The tyCache modifier is an alternative to 3ds Max’s built-in Point Cache modifier, that has no restrictions on the type of mesh input it can cache. Caches can preserve changing topology, animated UVWs, animated explicit normals, etc."

Source: tyFlow's help documentation.
TyCache is a powerful feature of tyFlow capable of caching animated and changing geometry without any limitations. Cache data can be stored either in a separate file or embedded directly into the 3ds Max scene file, providing a flexible workflow for simulation and rendering.
